Torchwood Classic Big Bang 2 - Writers sign-up post

Thank you to all the writers who said they'd be interested in taking part again. So here we are.

Basic timeline:
1st October - AUTHOR & ARTIST SIGN UPS OPEN
10th December - AUTHOR SIGN UPS CLOSE
15th February - AUTHOR ROUGH DRAFTS DUE
16th February to 1st March - ANONYMOUS SELECTION OF FIC FOR ART WORK
16TH February - POSTING DAYS SIGN-UP POST OPENED.
16th – 31st March - BIG BANGS POSTED
7th April- AMNESTY DAY

There is the option of either writing a big bang with a word count of 15k, or a mini bang of 7.5k. These are the minimum amounts, stories can be as long as you want providing you can get them finished in time.

All stories will need to be beta'd. You can use you usual beta if you wish, or there will be a beta request and volunteer post going up once sign ups have finished.

General outline of what you think you'll write: A sequel to my Beautifully Broken, so it will be a crossover with Harry Potter and now with Doctor Who and Merlin and it is also going to be Mpreg. Everyone is adjusting to the news that Ianto and Jack are expecting a child but new dangers arise when some comes after Ianto and their unborn child. Torchwood gets unexpected help in the Doctor, John Hart and the Fairies in keeping Ianto and the child safe.

General outline of what you think you'll write: I'm thinking about a sequel to my story "Contagion". Torchwood and the Tomorrow People team up on request of the Federation to help a planet suffering under terrorist attacks. Untimely interference from the Doctor throws the entire operation into disarray and the teams have to pick up the pieces of the disaster.

(I have two versions of this story bouncing around, not sure which one to finish writing.)

General outline of what you think you'll write: Not sure yet. I have several stories to write and no idea which will choose to be written. I've been holding off signing up in the hope that one would decide to come forward, but none yet. Current contenders include a Taylor Swift songfic where Jack leaves Torchwood to become ambassador for Earth, a Pat Benatar songfic office AU, a Janto and Ninth Doctor OT3 alternate universe crossover, and a fic where the Eleventh Doctot stumbles upon John Hart running his own planet.
Why do I come up with fun stuff then have no time to write!??!

I don't know yet, since I have no time to write, but could I maybe later on submit more than one story, if it comes up? All of those possibilities are probably minis.

General outline of what you think you'll write: Tosh feels less than wanted by the two men she has come to love and wonders if her feelings are all one-sided and if she is really an asset to the Torchwood team. She puts in a transfer and ends up working in London for a new team under the leadership of Danny Quinn. (The secondary sentence may be reworked, but as of right now this may be a crossover with Primeval.)
